Refund policy

At 6ELEVN®, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes:

  • selecting the wrong size
  • changing your mind after purchase
  • deciding you no longer want the item
  • preference changes

However, we may approve an exchange or store credit request if:

  • the request is made within 7 days of delivery
  • the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • all original tags are attached
  • the item is free from marks, stains, odours, pet hair, or damage not caused during delivery

Change-of-mind refunds are not required under Australian Consumer Law, but if a business offers a change-of-mind policy, it must follow that policy.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@6elevn.com.au with:

  • your full name
  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant

Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and provide a remedy where required. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a replacement, refund, or store credit. Under Australian Consumer Law, businesses cannot take away a customer’s rights for faulty goods by using store policies or fixed day limits.

Exchanges

We may offer size exchanges where stock is available. Because many of our pieces are released in very limited drops, exchange availability is not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.Please note all items are inspected before packaging and dispatch to ensure quality. 

Sale Items and Limited Drops

All sale items, promotional items, and limited drop releases are considered final sale for change-of-mind returns.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or does not meet consumer guarantees. The ACCC specifically warns that blanket statements like “no refunds” or “no refunds on sale items” can be misleading if they imply consumer guarantee rights do not apply.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as 6ELEVN® is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been issued.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, limits, or replaces any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumers have rights where products fail to meet consumer guarantees, and these rights cannot be removed by store policies, website terms, or statements such as “no refunds after a certain number of days.”
