Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During peak periods, new drops, promotions, public holidays, or high-volume launch periods, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and delivery partners.

Estimated delivery times within Australia will vary depending on your location, the shipping method selected at checkout, and carrier network conditions. Australia Post states that regular parcel delivery is estimated from 2+ business days, depending on lodgement and destination.

Express shipping may be available at checkout for eligible destinations.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, local postal networks, and service availability. Any delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Australia Post’s service terms state that delivery time estimates are indicative and not warranted.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into the destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total unless expressly stated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Australia Post notes that international parcels require customs documentation, and border agencies may apply import charges depending on destination-country rules.

For example, the Australian Border Force states that imports arriving by mail with a value of AUD$1000 or less generally do not attract duties, taxes, or charges at the Australian border, while different rules may apply above that threshold or in other countries.

If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs charges or import restrictions, we may deduct any return shipping costs, duties, fees, or losses incurred from any eligible refund.

Tracking

Tracking is provided on most orders. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information by email.

We recommend monitoring your tracking closely after dispatch. Australia Post also recommends clearly providing tracking information to customers as part of good ecommerce practice.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays can occur due to:

  • public holidays
  • incorrect shipping details
  • remote destination servicing
  • peak trading periods

If your order is delayed, we will do our best to assist, but please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may fall outside our control. If a business cannot supply goods on time or within a reasonable time, Australian Consumer Law requires the business to provide a solution.

Incorrect Address Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details entered at checkout are correct.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and this results in a failed delivery, return to sender, delay, or additional redelivery charge, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Australia Post states that compensation may be available in some cases for lost, late, or damaged items, depending on the service used and circumstances.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple parcels depending on stock availability, item type, or operational requirements. If this happens, tracking may be provided for each shipment separately.
